Here are some pictures
.
I saw this belt in the thrift store and liked how the light reflected off of it so I bought it to hang on one of my trees. Unfortuately the picture doesn't show the shininess so you will have to imagine.
Here are some of my bottles.
Remember when Suey went missing? I thought she either ran away or was pignapped. She has been found. Are you all letting out a collective sigh of relief? Do you see her hiding?
Norbert is feeling better. He is not limping today and he had the ultimate treat yesterday of water from a can of salmon. He slurped it up like there was no tomorrow.
Going back to bed now. Everyone in our house is coming down with a cold. Sleep is the best thing for a cold.
Sometimes it's really nice to have "just a day." Enjoy the lull.
ReplyDeleteHRH says "salmon water, oh yeah baby!" I'm glad that Suey has been found!
ReplyDeleteYay for Suey!!
ReplyDeleteI'm having a puttering day.
It was only +5C here this morning and now I'm jonesing for something cinnamon-y.
Feel better!
YAY Suey is back!! Glad she's safe. Love the belt. Before I saw it was a belt I was already telling my husband I wanted one for our yard. LOL
ReplyDeleteHow does a tree get up a tree like that? Hmmmm....
ReplyDeleteSalmon water makes all kitties happy!
Love the bottle idea...
ReplyDeleteHow much would you charge me to visit your garden??hahaha!
Our cats used to love the tuna water...and that cat milk in the pouch!!
So glad you are better...
Did Suey climb up there herself?!
I spent a lovely afternoon with my friend D..chatting and drinking tea and eating fruit and yogurt!!!
Cheers!
Linda :o)
Millie loves salmon juice too, she’d love to get hold of the whole (empty) tin too to lick.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the family cold, but if you all get it you won’t be infecting each other one after the other and it’ll all be over sooner.
But who’s going to make all the hot drinks you all will want?
You are creative, Birdie. I wouldn't have thought about hanging the belt there or putting the bottles there. I like the belt there.
ReplyDeleteThe main thing is that overall, you are feeling better. There is clear demonstration with your sharing of your positive photos.
ReplyDeletePenny is glad Norbert is feeling better :) Now, let's get the rest of your family and you, feeling best. Yes indeed, rest and take it easy, my friend.
Gary
Lovely, uneventful days! So glad to hear you are feeling better. I have a girlfriend who swears by this med called Ponstan for painful periods, but I guess more natural supplementation would be better. Snuggle Norbert for me :)
ReplyDeleteLove your garden. I don't think Suey is hiding, I think she was kidnapped. Have you had the ransom demand yet?
ReplyDeleteI am thrilled that you and Norbert are both feeling better.
I love what you did with the bottles! I'm sure if I did anything like that my cats would knock them all down.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are feeling better, and I hope you continue you to do so. The belt looks cool.
ReplyDeleteWas your fence built for the bottles or did you just find that they fit so perfectly there?
ReplyDeleteI'm liking your bottles Birdie
ReplyDeleteI see her in the tree. Feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteFeel better, and glad Norbert is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think that belt looks better on a tree than it would on any human.
Hope you all start feeling better soon. Coach & I are just getting over the blasted cold thing. Well, he is done with it...it's lingering for me...
ReplyDeleteLet me know how the Magnesium Oxide works for you. I'm cramping something fierce these days... coupled with hot flashes & MS... let's just say I am not liking this part of womanhood so much LOL
