George: Well, I'm doing it, Jerry. I'm buying the Frogger machine. Now the torch will burn forever.
Jerry: See, now you're really doing something. Hey, how you gonna keep the machine plugged in while you move it?
George: What?
JERRY: Once you unplug the machine, all the scores will be erased.
GEORGE: Why must there always be a problem?!!!
Every time I think of that scene I laugh because I get it. I think we all get it. Today I thought I would switch to Gmail. It took me at least 45 minutes. Don't ask why. It just did. Finally I got it all set up then Blogger said gmail can't be the primary e mail for this account. Are you kidding me? Seriously, why must there always be a problem?
Anyway...
We went for a walk this morning. It is a gorgeous fall day here in B.C. Someone once said "B.C. is one big green" and it is! But at this time of year everything changes. Here are some pictures of today just across the street from where I live.
Feeding the ducks is one of my favourite things.
For Jan
I wish I had duck feet.
Salmon waiting to spawn.
Evil Outside Norbert
What a lovely place to live!
ReplyDeleteI just came for a visit before I go to bed and found a baby feather on a leaf waiting for me. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteAlso it all looks so gorgeous where you are with the ducks and the salmon and the lovely colours. Great photos especially the one of Norbert.
Yes we all get it. Why must there always be a problem. I went on youtube today and Google wants me to use my real name or my youtube name. Either way there are conditions I don't really want. Just as you are signing up to google I am wanting out. It has given me a google plus account. Nice. If I wanted one.
Thank you again for the feather. Really needed to find one today. x
Great pics, Birdie...very nice!
ReplyDeleteCheers!
Linda :o)
I'm amazed you don't fill more posts with pictures. These are great!
ReplyDeleteWhat an incredibly beautiful place you live in. Wow (repeated several times).
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the way that the evil outside Norbert's eyes gleam...
That's beautiful. They would make great posters. Except maybe Norbert. Because he's kind of scary.
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt's so beautiful where you live. You are really blessed. I live in a very ugly place. I'm a nature lover and quite proud of the fact that I can find the beauty in any ecosystem--however, I just haven't been able to see it where I currently reside. And I've been trying for 3 years! Anyway, enjoy the beauty you are surrounded by.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Beautiful, beautiful! And didn't Seinfeld give us many life lessons? lol
ReplyDeleteNothing will ever make a person feel smaller than driving through the forests and mountains of BC! It's so enormous! It seriously is one of our most beautiful provinces!
ReplyDeleteXoxo
I hate gmail more than Yahoo! They all drive me insane though.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful shots!
Oh my gosh these are beautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the photos. Great stuff. Sorry about the gmail stuff. I was able to use a yahoo email as my primary for my coupon blog.
ReplyDeletePS: It snowed here tonight, and I gotta say, I got so excited and happy. Even though I LOVE fall. There's still something very fun to me about the first snowfall.
Beautiful pictures!!
ReplyDeleteWow, gorgeous! These are beautiful images. And I specially love the evil Norbert photo!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what it's like walking with duck feet? Hmmm...
