So, I have been pretty much going to work and sleeping. I can't believe how tired I am all the time. I *am* going to he doctor tomorrow and I hope I get some things straightened out. On top of being tired I am not eating because my stomach can't handle food. Stress. meh
I worked 8 hours yesterday and 7 today. I am off tomorrow! Yay! I start my my new position next week. Anyway, that is all. I am off to work.
You don't think that too much work might be making you tired? Though not eating is something else again.
ReplyDeleteYep. You are not in balance- no wonder! This might be a process. And going to the doctor is a start.
ReplyDeleteWishing and hoping some good changes for you and some peace.
I have to agree...balance in diet is important.
ReplyDeleteHope your feeling better soon!
Such classic signs of depression -- I am glad that you are going to the doctor, and I just know that you are strong and will be better. We're all out here, pulling for you with open ears and hearts!
ReplyDeleteso glad you are working! and here's hoping that your body gets all adjusted to your new normal soon :)
ReplyDeleteI see a slight change in your post now and I am hoping it is a new beginning... so happy to sense that. So what is your position? hope your trip to the doctor answers your questions and that it is not for something serious.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness! Be sure to tell the doctor EVERYTHING. Some doctors tend to come in, ask a couple of generalized questions, write a script, and leave after 2 minutes. DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN! And if you're not satisfied with this doctor, find another.
ReplyDeleteDifferent scenario, but possibly related - this past fall, I went on a strict diet...blah,blah,blah...upshot was that the 500 calories-a-day PLUS the 120 ounces of water a day depleted my body of everything it needed. In the space of one week, I had five episodes of what felt like heart attacks. Turned out it wasn't my heart at all, but to make a long story short, I was lacking potassium, magnesium, iron, sodium, B-12, and Vitamin D. Once the cardiologist told me in no uncertain terms to load up on salt and stop that diet, I felt immensely better.
I know it's not quite the same, but I'm trying to point out that what we eat and don't eat can have devastating effects on our bodies.
I am so hoping that the next time you post, you'll be on the road to better health.
I hope you have a great day at work. Update us after your visit with the doctor.
ReplyDeleteStress, depression and grief all do a number on your body. The three of them together are murder.
I'm glad you've got a doctor appointment. Good luck and take care. I really hope you start to feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteGood news Birdie, hope all goes well at the docs. Bless you. xx
ReplyDeleteThanks for updating us. I hope your appetite will come back soon.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are getting in to see your Doctor...thinking good thoughts your way!
ReplyDeleteWork is good. Don't worry about the food. We can live for months without it :) Drink lots of water!
