I don't have one but my friend just got the Barnes&Nobles version because they gave her a discount for having their card and for being in the education field; she told me it was way cheaper than anywhere else she check. Barbara, I hope that you have a great week,
I'm sorry I can't offer any recommendations as I don't own one. I know that Barnes and Noble has staff available to go over all the features of their Nooks and there are always people browsing the section and buying them but how they compare to other readers, I don't know.
I just got a Kindle and so far, it's a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteKindle -- it's the closest thing to a book and not a book. It's not back-lit, so there isn't glare (I hate reading on a computer).
ReplyDeleteNOT Kindle. Sony. That way you aren't limited to books in one format.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll be led to the right one for you.
I *love* my Kindle! 'Nuff said! :)

I have a Kindle and love it because it is beautiful and because it is not back-lit.
